Privacy notice

This page is maintained by the organisers of Erotic Art Week Trinidad & Tobago 2026 to explain how personal information submitted through this website is handled.

What we collect

When you use the artist submission form we collect the details you enter: your name and professional name, email address, phone number, country and city, links you provide, your biography and artist statement, information about your work, any files you upload, and the declarations you agree to. We also store a one-way hashed value derived from your network address, used only to limit repeated automated submissions.

How we use it

Submission information is used to review your work for inclusion in the festival, to contact you about your submission, and to plan the programme. If your work is selected, we will agree with you separately what may be published about you and your work.

Storage and access

Submissions and uploaded files are stored in a private, access-controlled database and file store. Uploaded files are not publicly accessible. Access is limited to members of the festival organising team who need it to review submissions.

Sharing

We do not sell personal information. We share it only with members of the organising team and with the service providers that host this website and its database, and only where required to operate the festival.

Retention

Submissions are retained for the duration of the 2026 festival cycle and for a reasonable period afterwards for record-keeping and planning of future editions. You can ask us to delete your submission at any time.

Your choices

You can ask us for a copy of the information you submitted, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it. Contact the festival team using the details below and quote your submission reference number if you have one.
